Once your application is received by the Tribunal, several stages will follow. These steps can vary according to the nature of your application or according to the section or division of the Tribunal which will examine it.

 Tribunal's decision

 Legal costs

Note that these steps are not the same for proceedings concerning the Division of Mental Health.
